Some of your have tried installing Slide to Unlock Killer to remove the slider. This works for the previous iOS. But for iOS 5, this only causes the SpringBoard to crash. Luckily, Typophone have already released an update addressing the Slide to Unlock bar. Thus giving an additional experience of the lockscreen.

All you have to do is install the latest version of the Typophone 4. If you don't have Typophone yet, proceed here. If you have Typophone already installed, all left to do is upgrade it.

1. Open Cydia.

2. To upgrade:
     a. Select Changes option at the bottom part.

At the top right part, you can see how many upgrade you have to do. Select Upgrade. Note that by doing this, you are upgrading all the themes, add on, etc. installed in your device. Wait for it to upgrade and then respring your device.

     b. Search again for Typophone 4, select it. Select Modify at the top right > Upgrade. Wait for it to upgrade and then respring your device.

Good luck and enjoy! :)
